We know how many approaches you will have from cleaning companies anxious for your business so we are going to try to explain how we are different to some other companies who may call you.
We have a strict code of conduct for our staff.
- They are all interviewed on site by a Director or senior Manager before being offered a job.
- They are all trained in the Key Cleaning standard of cleaning, training records are kept.
- They have to adhere to strict colour coding which encompasses cloths, mops & buckets and gloves.
- They are required to wear the Key Cleaning uniform, protective personal equipment is provided and a strict code of conduct is maintained on site.
- They have to work their entire shift – there is no “job & go” with us. We carry out spot checks which are random so we ensure that applies.
We never bus employees from another area to work – we try to get local staff.
We obey the law
- We strictly adhere to Home Office working regulations and we are fastidious with the paperwork we are shown by our staff
- All COSSH information is available in the cleaning cupboards, and staff trained in its importance.
- All our employees are on our payroll and are on an attractive hourly rate.
We pay holiday pay in accordance with the New European Working Time Directive laws.
Availability
We believe this is the major difference between us and some of our competitors. Both Nicky and Peggy live in Surrey, very close to all our business. We have an office in Leatherhead which is manned by our managers all day. We do not want business outside Surrey because we know we could not manage it as we like to manage business. We are at the end of the phone and are proactive. Our existing clients will always be more important to us than any potential business.
